Support for young people and graduates

Industry and society depend on young employees with a strong scientific background. That’s why it is particularly important to the Bayer Science & Education Foundation to promote training opportunities for talented young people, particularly in the field of natural science.
The Bayer Fellowship Program enables young people with scientific ambitions to realize individual projects and study plans both within and outside of Germany through the granting of scholarships. Support focuses on Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology and Biological process engineering, Chemistry and Chemical engineering, Pharmaceutics, Physics, Medicine as well as on studies for teaching science at schools. Schoolchildren are the second major beneficiary of the Bayer Fellowship Program along with university students: we also present scholarships to schoolchildren.

In addition to the Bayer Science & Education Foundation, the Hermann Strenger Foundation also fosters the training and continuing education of dedicated young people.
