Viktoria Friedrich was appointed President and CEO of Bayer Inc. in Canada in September 2026.  In this role, Friedrich leads the legal entity corporate governance for Bayer Inc., the operating entity for Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health, Radiology and supporting functions in Canada, working closely with teams and partners across the country to support better health outcomes for patients and communities.

Viktoria was appointed as Country President and General Manager, Pharmaceutical Division for the Canadian operations, based in Mississauga, Ontario, in September 2023. She leads a team of more than 200 dedicated colleagues towards achieving health for all. 

Kacy Perry

Kacy Perry was appointed to Country Division Head of Bayer CropScience Inc. on July 1, 2026. In her role, she leads more than 550 employees across multiple office, research, and production sites across the country. She also serves as a member of Bayer’s North American Leadership Team for Crop Science.

Laura Thompson is the Country Division Head for Bayer's Consumer Health division in Canada, appointed in February 2026. In this role, Laura leads an incredible team who oversees the strategic direction and initiatives for Bayer's well-known consumer health brands, with a focus on meeting over-the-counter healthcare needs for Canadians.

Curtis Bunz was appointed Head of Law, Patents & Compliance for Bayer in Canada, in January 2026.  Curtis leads and is responsible for legal compliance, legal governance, privacy, and law & patent services company-wide.
