Our activities in the Benelux

Bayer has set the course for successful development as a Life Science company. This translates into a company structure with the Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health and Crop Science divisions. The Pharmaceuticals division focuses on medicines that are only available on prescription. Consumer Health mainly markets over-the-counter medicines and Crop Science is the world leader in crop protection products, vegetable seeds and non-agricultural pest management.

“First starting as an intern, I got to learn how complex consumer health is. The chance that Bayer gave me to grow not only as a professional but also as a person has helped me grow in the next step of my career. From marketing intern to junior brand manager. Working with professionals with years of experience, that are open for collaboration and sharing was the best boost I could have got at the beginning of my career to add more skills and experience to myself.

I have felt at home since the first day I arrived at Bayer, and I hope many more students and young creative minds will join us in our mission to health for all, hunger for none.”
