Senior Bayer Representative for Canada

Antoine Bernet was appointed President & CEO of Bayer CropScience Inc. on August 1, 2023. In his role, he leads 550+ employees in multiple office, research, and production sites across Canada and serves as a member of Bayer's North American Leadership Team for Crop Science. Antoine has a dual role as President & CEO of Bayer CropScience Inc. and the Senior Bayer Representative in Canada.

Viktoria Friedrich

Country President and General Manager, Pharmaceutical Division Canada

Viktoria Friedrich was appointed as Country President and General Manager, Pharmaceutical Division for the Canadian operations, based in Mississauga, Ontario, in September 2023. She leads a team of more than 200 dedicated colleagues towards achieving health for all. 

Laura Thompson

Country Division Head, Bayer Consumer Health

Laura Thompson is the Country Division Head for Bayer's Consumer Health division in Canada, appointed in February 2026. In this role, Laura leads an incredible team who oversees the strategic direction and initiatives for Bayer's well-known consumer health brands, with a focus on meeting over-the-counter healthcare needs for Canadians.
