BLEND aims to be a point of contact for all employees on LGBT(+)-related topics in the workplace. Many topics are easier to resolve when people stand together. The members of BLEND are there to discuss issues confidentially and to reduce reservations and prejudices through clarity and open communication.
Equal treatment in everyday work should be a matter of fact - just as mixed teams are a matter of fact today. This applies, for example, to the acceptance or non-acceptance of same-sex partnerships. The goal is as simple as it is obvious: equal acceptance and respect for all.
