BLEND is the business resource group of Bayer Switzerland that advocates for the recognition and acceptance of LGBTI+ individuals in the workplace. Our aim is to create a respectful and inclusive workplace where everyone can be their authentic selves.

BLEND offers a confidential space for conversation and support. We are committed to reducing bias and fostering a company culture where diversity is seen as a strength. We work closely with other companies to learn from each other and exchange best practices.
