MERGE (Multigenerational Employee Resource Group Exchange) is focused on unlocking the full potential of every generation in our workforce. We know that different age groups bring different perspectives, experiences, and strengths — and this diversity is what makes us stronger.

Our activities

• Multigenerational networking 
  We organize networking events across departments and functions, so that employees of different age groups can interact, learn from each other, and create synergies.
   
• Understand needs and empower 
  MERGE assesses the needs of each age group and promotes resources that empower employees, for example, through digital training, continuing education, and tools that enable cross-generational work.
   
• Modern workplace for all generations 
  We create a workplace that is technologically modern, accessible, and open to change, so that all employees from novice to experienced feel good and are able to do productive work.
