Bayer and Luke Bryan Bring Farm Tour to West Coast and Midwest
Bayer again Joins the Luke Bryan Farm Tour as Presenting Sponsor, Continuing its #HerestotheFarmer Campaign in Support of Feeding America®
Five-time Entertainer of the Year Luke Bryan will headline his 17th Farm Tour in 2026 and Bayer is returning as the presenting sponsor. For the second year, Luke will head to the west coast for three Farm Tour shows in California (Shafter, Clovis, and Elk Grove) scheduled for May 14-16, 2026.
Continuing a partnership that began in 2015, Bayer is once again joining the tour as presenting sponsor and teaming up with Luke to help honor America’s farmers for providing us with access to critical health and nutrition through its #HerestotheFarmer campaign.
The campaign supports Bayer’s vision of Health for All, Hunger for None and asks fans to join in by using #HerestotheFarmer on their social media channels.
As part of the initiative, Bayer will donate up to 1 million meals to people in need through Feeding America®. Since the partnership’s inception, nine million meals have been donated and more than $180,000 has gone to Feeding America member food banks and local farmers at each of the tour cities.

Calling all FFA students in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan! Bayer, Luke Bryan, and the Future Farmers of America (FFA) are teaming up to celebrate a decade of the Farm Tour partnership. Show your creative spirit by designing and building an innovative farm-themed structure made entirely from donated canned goods and non-perishable items.
