Customer Service Representative – Southern Africa
Purpose of the role
// A focused approach on the integration of the Safety Management System that is capable to establish and provide advice, administration, sup// Execution of the best-in-class service through effectively managing customers to ensure customers’ business needs are fulfilled and sales targets are met in partnership with the Commercial organization
Crop System Agronomist
Purpose of the role
// The Crop System Agronomist will utilize their expertise in applied field research and agronomic sciences to provide technical execution of trials in selected geographies and Crops.
// This includes execution of the field-testing program which utilizes Research and Development protocols to support key business drivers for all facets of business platforms that include Seed, Trait, Biologicals, Crop Protection, and digital agronomic solutions /tools.
// Drive and enhance customer value of new technologies by identifying solutions for current technical needs with commercial portfolio.
// Responsible for executing trials, data generation and knowledge transfer / education of the customer facing squads on new product and crop system recommendations to farmers.

Senior Agronomist
Purpose of the role
// The Agronomy Excellence (AgX) Agronomist utilizes their expertise in applied field research and agronomic sciences to provide technical support to a select geography and range of crops.
// This includes execution of the field-testing program which utilizes Research and Development protocols to support key business drivers for all facets of
the country or region -including Seed, Trait, Biologicals, Crop Protection and Climate digital tools. // The AgX Agronomist is also responsible for knowledge transfer, demonstration and education of the product and system recommendations
Process and Plant Safety Specialist
Purpose of the role
// You will be responsible for ensuring Process and Plant Safety compliance operationally regarding equipment, safe process operability, adherence to PHA control measures as per studies. This includes compliance regarding Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Machine Safety operationally, ensuring that control measures as per baseline and task risk assessments are implemented and maintained.
HSE & QMS Coordinator
Purpose of the role
// A focused approach on the integration of the Safety Management System that is capable to establish and provide advice, administration, support and responses necessary to assist site management to fulfil their safety responsibilities in accordance with legal requirements, company ESH policies and ISO45001 and ISO14001 systems in order to maintain safe working conditions for employees and safe facilities for general public by adhering to the company’s safety standards and procedures.

HSE Coordinator
Purpose of the role
// Advise and support the site leadership in all HSE matters, provide reports using appropriate performance indicators and management review processes. Interact daily with supervisors and workers to ensure their full support and understanding to our HSE programs, goals and objectives.
// Ensure continuous Improvement of the Environmental, Safety and Health performance at the site, reducing/eliminating recordable incidents, avoiding fines and reputational issues due to non-compliance with legal requirements, enhancing the Safety culture.

Purpose of the role

// Serve as the primary point of contact for Row Crop Africa sites, providing expertise, support, and guidance to accelerate operational excellence initiatives.
