Crop Protection (CP) Portfolio Specialist SSA

Purpose of the role 

// Responsible for Smallholder CP portfolio management including portfolio optimization and rationalization of existing portfolio as well as management of CP portfolio limitations to ensure full potential of Bayer’s CP Products across smallholder market segments 
// Responsible for management and implementation of a continuous Pipeline and Innovation flow that enable portfolio renewal to sustain long-term value creation for smallholder farmers in Africa 
// Responsible for the management and the co-creation of customer centric CP Portfolio solutions while translating this into a consolidated Framework to support CP business growth ambitions in Small

Tolling Supervisor

Purpose of the role 

// This position will plan, execute, and manage activities related to the manufacturing of commercial Seed Maize at two sites in Kenya. 
// This will be related to seed processing planning, raw materials acquisition and storage, consumables acquisition, storage and distribution, tolling contracts administration and ensuring that all production processes are followed as per SOP and guidelines whilst instilling a continuous improvement culture. 
// The role works closely with the Planning Function, Quality Function and Field Units and reports into the East Africa Production Lead.

Purpose of the role 

// Provide best in class key account management to Bayer distributors through effective forecasting, deal coordination, problem resolution and account services to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship and increased channel loyalty to Bayer. 
// Drive CP sell in with key accounts while liaising with squads to coordinate sell out and support of key agents.
