Bayer Pakistan Summer Internship

Joining the Bayer Pakistan Summer Internship gives you the opportunity to learn, contribute and grow with Bayer, a global leader in Life Sciences, while gaining first-hand exposure to our work across healthcare and agriculture.

Our Summer Internship Program is designed to help young talent build practical skills, broaden their perspective and understand how innovation, collaboration and diverse ways of working come together to address some of today’s most important challenges in health and food security.

During the program, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals across our Crop Science, Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Health divisions, as well as our Enabling Functions. You’ll contribute to meaningful projects, gain insight into how our business operates and experience what it means to turn knowledge into action.

What does our internship look like?

Six-Week Internship Program: Take part in a focused six-week learning experience designed to give you practical exposure to Bayer’s business and culture.

Real Business Experience: Work on meaningful projects and business challenges that allow you to apply your academic knowledge in a professional environment.

Cross-Divisional Exposure: Gain insight into Bayer Pakistan’s work across Crop Science, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health and enabling functions.

Learning by Doing: Build practical skills by working closely with experienced professionals and taking part in day-to-day business activities.

Professional Development: Develop your confidence, workplace understanding and interpersonal skills while learning how teams collaborate across functions.

Paid Internship Opportunity: Benefit from a paid internship experience that recognizes your contribution during the program.

Internship Fields/Areas: Internships in Marketing, Regulatory, Commercial Excellence, Accounting & Finance, Communications, Human Resource, Supply Chain, Radiology, Office Management etc.

Internship Locations: The internship will take place in Lahore and Karachi.

Who can apply?

The Bayer Pakistan Summer Internship Program is open to Students of MBA, BBA, Pharm D, M.SC, B.Sc, Computer Sciences, ACCA / 6th Semester or have completed 2.5 year.

Our culture is what we take pride in

As part of the Bayer Pakistan Summer Internship 2026, our Lahore-based interns visited Bayer’s Innovation Hub and Research Centre in Manga to experience it firsthand. The tour of the facility included visits to the laboratory and the R&D department. The interns learned how the process of seed breeding transforms research into high-performing seed solutions.

Work alongside experienced professionals, and gain insight into how innovation, sustainability, and collaboration come together at Bayer to address some of today’s most important challenges in food security and healthcare.

Karachi-based interns visited a local farm based in Hyderabad, where they spent the day learning how innovation and sustainable farming practices are shaping the future of agriculture.

Indus Hospital & Health Network is a longstanding NGO partner of Bayer Pakistan. As part of our Summer Internship Program 2024, we organized a CSR activity for our interns and colleagues from various departments. During the visit, the IHHN team led an informative session where the interns learned about the significant contributions IHHN makes to society and healthcare. They also received a guided tour of the facility, visiting areas such as the children's cancer ward, school and dedicated daycare center, where they had the opportunity to connect with young patients and their families.

For Bayer Pakistan Summer Internship, we held a tree planting activity at the Urban Forest in Clifton, Karachi. Before the activity, our interns learned more about Bayer's climate commitment and sustainability targets, plus they learned about the Urban Forest concept and how this unique method of creating sustainable green spaces within urban centers helps improve the environment and lower carbon emissions. Each intern planted a tree, accompanied by a personalized name tag, to symbolize their active commitment towards a more eco-conscious future.

Design Intern Duriya Awan had the opportunity to work closely with different teams as part of the Corporate Communications team and contribute to ongoing projects. From experiential design and event concepts to visual design elements and communication materials, she got hands-on experience turning ideas into designs that support real business and communication needs.
