PARWAAZ is designed to support newly graduated women students as they build the skills, confidence and practical experience needed to take on responsible roles in the private and public sector.
At Bayer, we believe that strengthening women’s inclusion and empowerment is essential to building a more balanced Life Sciences industry. Through PARWAAZ, participants are supported to explore areas of interest, develop relevant skills and prepare for future career opportunities.
The program combines postgraduate learning with practical field exposure, helping participants connect their academic knowledge with real-world experience. You’ll gain insight into key business areas, learn from experienced professionals and develop the skills needed to become job-ready.
What does the PARWAAZ program look like?
Three-Month Postgraduate Program:
Take part in a three-month program in Life Sciences designed to strengthen your knowledge and support your professional development.
Eight Weeks of Field Training:
Gain hands-on field experience that helps prepare you for the workplace and build practical, job-ready skills.
Women’s Inclusion and Empowerment:
Be part of an initiative that contributes to gender balance in the Life Sciences industry by supporting newly graduated women professionals.
Skills Development:
Develop skillsets aligned with your areas of interest and future career aspirations.
Practical Career Preparation:
Build the confidence, experience and professional understanding needed to take on responsible roles in the private or public sector.
Exposure to Key Business Areas:
Gain experience and insight across departments including Field Solutions, Market Development, Product Development and Sales within Crop Protection and Seeds.
