Clinical Operations Coordinator (COC)

Job purpose:


The Clinical Operations Coordinator (COL) is an expert function and a support function for the Country Head of Site Management (SM) and the SM Team. The COC will support in contract management, coordination of the professional, logistical, operational, and administrative aspects of applicable studies within all functioning parties. 
The COC should assist in ensuring compliance with international and local regulatory requirements, all applicable company policies and procedures and study protocol if applicable, to provide high quality data and standards with efficient processes.


Major tasks and responsibilities:


  • Will be the main aid for the local head and SM team in developing and maintaining working tools, policies and processes
  • Set-up and/or maintain appropriate databases and trackers
  • Contract Management Representative for Local Site Management Israel
  • Manage activities relating to importation of study related equipment / medications
  • Proactively be familiar and up to date with changing international and local regulations, and identifying needs for system adaptations
  • Will fully support the Local Head and SM team in coordinating operational functionalities within the parties and vendors involved in the execution of the running studies in Israel
  • Support in preparation of presentations, updates, and correspondence
  • Will lead local initiatives and projects to a satisfactory outcome



  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science - required 
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English and have effective written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills - required
  • Required to be independent, proactive, detailed oriented and excellent in follow through
  • Self-motivated, have high capabilities for decision-making and issue resolution
  • High level of proficiency required for Excel and Power-Point and digital oriented for use of advanced technologies
  • 2 years of relevant healthcare experience including monitoring & site management experience – advantage

Social Media and Website Campaign Owner (Local)

Job purpose: 

 A Campaign owner is responsible for the overall campaign strategy & tactics and owns the respective operations (identification, design, setup, execution, and performance evaluation of campaigns).

He/she manages campaigns from start to finish, i.e. ensures effective designs and setups, timely and smooth implementation, as well as continuous improvements based on performance evaluations.


Major tasks and responsibilities:

Responsible for overall campaign strategy, setting campaign goals and conducting performance evaluation and learning cycles.
Manage campaign operations (identification, design, setup, execution, and performance evaluation).
Work closely with Campaign expert (Digital manager, external suppliers, product managers and content owners) to design high-quality campaigns, by utilizing all meaningful touchpoints and achieve optimal atomization.
Actively use content feedback to further improve global offerings, contribute to the definition of core messages and narratives and approves content with creative agencies. 
Manage and prioritize the backlog of campaigns.
Define KPIs for Customer Evolution Campaigns (CEC) as well as Tactical Campaigns (TCs) with Squad prior to Campaign implementation.
Ensure timely and need-based staffing of campaign team.
Ensure implementation success according to timeline.
Thoroughly monitor and review campaigns to identify new insights and areas for improvements to be implemented in future campaigns.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions in the country to ensure senior management commitment to the program.
Express campaign-related product backlog items and ensure that the work is visible, transparent, and clear to all.



  • Experience with Social Media buying and analyzing
  • Several educational backgrounds possible (marketing, communication, etc.)

Head of Cyber Security Risk Management - Digital Hub Lead Israel

Job purpose: 

  • Lead the Cyber Security Risk Management (CSRM) Digital hub to attract and develop talent, build high performing teams, deliver on key digital initiatives across all functions and integrate people and teams into the CSRM platforms, Risk Management teams and delivery teams
  • Accountable for delivering on budget for key digital initiatives within the CSRM and  Divisional  portfolios
  • Key member of the CSRM Security Platforms & Automation Team and responsible for overseeing an organization of approximately 20 employees
  • Geographical scope Israel – located at Hod Hasharon
  • Major tasks and responsibilities:
  • Accountable for adopting and contributing to the CSRM Risk and Strategy roadmap and portfolio as applicable to the CSRM Digital Hub
  • Responsible for the insourcing execution across CSRMS N-3 level teams, inclusive of talent attraction, hiring and eventual replacement of external staff
  • Accountable for the integration of the entire CSRM  Digital Hub staff into existing global teams including adopting new ways of working, measuring and developing high performing teams in partnership with respective CSRM LT members and teams.
  • Accountable for the execution and resource plan to deliver and manage the resource requirements in order to support the CSRM strategy
  • Build trust with management level stakeholders across IT Teams to ensure relationship strength through the successful delivery of security solutions achieving  key business outcomes
  • .Prioritize CSRM plans and roadmaps to ensure successful delivery of capabilities and solutions
  • Effectively present and influence CSRM Leadership team colleagues, and stakeholders on strategy and tactics to ensure resourcing levels are available to deliver on critical programs and progress
  • Accelerate creating an effective team and talent pipeline by working with CSRM Team Leads; selecting, attracting, developing and leading an inclusive team. 
  • Ensure people development needs are met across all key talent segments by ensuring full integration into global teams and providing feedback to leaders in the global CSRM organization.
  • Lead the CSRM Digital Hub Steering Team, with representation across other IT Digital Hub Leads to ensure governance of the digital hub; ensuring aligned to functional strategies and delivering on key initiatives
  • Partner with Strategy & Partnerships colleagues and the Head of Digital Security Services to engage and interact with the startup ecosystem within Tel Aviv
  • Partner with Tel Aviv University leaders, and academics, as defined within relevant partnership agreement

Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences):

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Security, Cyber Risk Management, Engineering or Operations, IT Security, or related field2
  • Expert level knowledge of Cyber Security controls, processes and Risk Management Practice
  • Applied knowledge and/or experience in Cloud related security topics
  • Applied knowledge and/or experience with IT policy and standard development, enforcement, and compliance with internal controls
  • Solid experience with identifying, measuring, and reporting performance metrics in a form that is easily consumable by senior IT Leadership
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with all levels within the organization
  • Strong written skills and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study or 8 years of IT experience
  • Ability to think strategically about technology and execute as necessary
