Strengthening the Culture of Innovation

That’s why Bayer develop We Solve, an internal cross-subgroup marketplace for collaborative problem solving where an employee (Challenge owner) posts a Challenge and the entire community of Bayer employees (Solvers) is enabled to solve it. This Group wide initiative aims to leverage the global knowledge from all employees, promoting innovative solutions to solve complex challenges.
