This 36-page resource is filled with engaging activities that explore the journey of food from farm to table, emphasizing the importance of farmers in food production.

 

What Can Children Learn from "Hawaii’s Farm to Table"? The activity book follows the adventures of farmer Sam, Kona the worm, and Leilani the bee as they navigate the world of farming. Through fun activities, children will discover essential facts about food production, including the surprising truth that pizza doesn’t grow on trees. The book encourages creativity through coloring, planting seeds, and playing games, making learning about agriculture enjoyable and interactive.

Bayer Hawaii team members will distribute a limited number of hard copies of "Hawaii’s Farm to Table" at select community events across Oahu, Maui, and Molokai, while supplies last. Families are encouraged to attend these events to receive their copy and engage in agricultural learning together.
