Tania Seger

Head of North America Finance

Tania Seger serves as a member of the North America Commercial Operations Leadership Team, the Finance Leadership Team, and is the Finance Business Partner North America within the Crop Science division of Bayer.

Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Tania is accountable for steering the financial performance of the North America Commercial Operations.
 

Most recently, Tania was the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for Monsanto’s North America Commercial business unit covering business analysis and long-range planning, credit, and manufacturing for the United States, Canada and Latin America North. In her 10 years at Monsanto, Tania has held multiple finance roles in both U.S. Commercial and Technology. 

Prior to joining Monsanto, Tania worked for Solutia as Manager Corporate Planning and Analysis and for Ameritech Mobile Communications where she held various roles of increasing financial responsibility, including Director of Corporate Operations.
 

Tania holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Southern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Tania lives with her husband, Mark, and two daughters on their fourth-generation grain farm in St. Jacob, Illinois.
