We amended our dividend policy in 2024 and announced that we would be paying out the legally required minimum for three years. Therefore, at the Annual Stockholders` Meeting on April 25, 2025, the shareholders voted with 99.32 % in favor to approve a dividend of € 0.11 per share for 2024.
