We amended our dividend policy for fiscal 2023, announcing that we planned to pay out the legally required minimum for three years. Therefore, at the Annual Stockholders` Meeting on April 24, 2026, the shareholders voted with 98.63% in favor to approve a dividend of €0.11 per share for 2025.
