Özden Yiğit holds the esteemed position of Cluster Head of Human Resources at Bayer for the Middle East, North Africa, Türkiye, and Iran (MENAT) region, overseeing a dynamic and diverse portfolio of 21 countries. She leads a regional HR team committed to cultivating inclusive, purpose-driven workplace cultures that enable continuous talent development, promote a high-performance mindset, and prioritize employee well-being, key pillars in advancing Bayer’s strategic business objectives.

With over 23 years of HR leadership experience, Özden has played a pivotal role in numerous organizational transformation initiatives. Her expertise spans across recruitment, leadership development, talent and performance management, and the digitalization of HR. She has also championed progressive employee experience initiatives across the region, including the implementation of flexible working arrangements and enhancements to parental leave policies. Prior to her current role, she served as Head of HR for Bayer Middle East and as an HR Business Partner for the Pharmaceuticals division at Bayer in both Türkiye and the Middle East.

With a background in psychology, she is also acknowledged as a certified #IAmRemarkable facilitator, underscoring her dedication to fostering positive work cultures. Özden is based in Dubai. She is married and a proud mother of one.
