Stacey Stater

Stacey L. Stater serves as a member of the Leadership Team and as Head of Law for the Crop Science division of Bayer.  Stacey has extensive experience supporting the registration and launch of new products and protecting and expanding Bayer’s license to operate in order to provide growers with the tools they need to address the increasing challenges of a changing environment.  She has a demonstrated passion for product stewardship, sustainability, and people development.

Stacey grew up in southern Iowa.  She received her J.D., Order of the Coif, from Washington University School of Law, St. Louis, MO and her B.A., International Management, Cum Laude, from Central College, Pella, IA.  Before joining Monsanto/Bayer in 2001, Stacey was an attorney with a major St. Louis law firm and a St. Louis-based pharmaceutical company.
