Roundup™ Litigation

Monsanto Statement on rescheduling the final approval hearing

On August 6, 2026, the Missouri Circuit Court overseeing the Roundup™ class settlement granted the joint motion by Monsanto and Class Counsel and rescheduled the final approval hearing for September 14. The company’s statement:

“The Court’s order is a positive development as it will give the parties and the Class Administrator approximately three additional weeks to process opt-out revocation requests that have been received by the Administrator following the Supreme Court’s recent Durnell decision, and to resolve opt-out invalidity challenges as quickly as possible.”

As previously communicated, the company is confident that the class settlement, which is supported by plaintiffs’ counsel representing tens of thousands of potential class members, is fair to all parties and warrants final approval.
