Katherine Pickus

Katherine Pickus is the Chief Sustainability Officer at ADM, overseeing sustainability initiatives to ensure a resilient future for agriculture and the global food supply. With a career focused on food, health, and sustainability, she has helped major companies adapt to changing expectations from stakeholders and regulators. Before joining ADM, Pickus was the vice president for Sustainability and Global Impact at Tyson Foods, where she enhanced environmental and social initiatives. She also led sustainability programs at Griffith Foods and spent 14 years at Abbott, rising to division vice president of Sustainability. She serves on the United Nations Global Compact US Network Advisory Board.
