Crop Science Innovation Summit
Crop Science Innovation Summit // June 20, 2023
Bayer's Crop Science Innovation Summit showcased how the journey toward regenerative agriculture has already begun. Feeding a growing world population while respecting the planet’s boundaries is one of the biggest challenges for the decades ahead.
Rodrigo Santos, President of the Crop Science Division and Member of the Board of Management of Bayer AG, along with other Crop Science top leaders and scientists discussed how innovation can help overcome this challenge.
Beyond our core business of seeds, traits, crop protection and digital solutions we are developing technologies for adjacent markets such as alternatives to synthetic fertilizer, specialized cover crops and tools for carbon farming that will allow growers to produce more while preserving the soil and reducing the environmental impact of farming.
The event took place in New York City on June 20, 2023.
